Dear Eastwood Community,

Due to Ohio Legislators reducing the Public Library Fund in the State Budget for 2026 and 2027, which is the library's primary funding source, the Pemberville Public Library System has been forced to make difficult decisions for the financial stability of our library system.

Our statewide delivery service will be reduced from our traditional 5-day delivery service to a 3-day delivery service effective November 3, 2025, and will be revisited in Fiscal Year 2027. Additionally, beginning November 3, 2025, through February 28, 2026, new Winter Hours will be in effect for all three locations.
