Your library has more to explore than books! Check out some of our unusual items:

American Girl Dolls

The American Girl Dolls are loaned out for one week, and come with a hair brush, the corresponding American Girl Doll book, and a book about what life would have been like in their time period. The dolls must be returned at the library from which they were borrowed.

  • Pemberville has Kaya, Marie-Grace, and Samantha & Nellie (together)
  • Stony RIdge has Caroline
  • Luckey has Kit

Cake Pans

A small collection of cake pans has been recently donated to the Pemberville Public Library and is ready to borrow! Cake pans will be loaned for two weeks and must be returned clean to the Pemberville Public Library.  Click here for a list of the pans in the collection.

Driving Maneuverability Kits

Teens learning to drive can check out a Driving Maneuverability Kit to practice for their driving test. The kits include five cones, five poles, a cart to carry the kit, and instructions for properly setting up the course. These kits are loaned out for one week and must be returned at the library from which they were borrowed. Pemberville, Stony Ridge, and Luckey branch libraries all have one kit.

Hotspot Kits

Need an Internet connection? Check out a hotspot for one week from any of our locations. Connect up to eight devices to the hotspot at one time. The hotspots use T-Mobile networks for data. Perfect for a working at home or taking on a family vacation. Pemberville, Stony Ridge, and Luckey branch libraries all have three hotspot kits. Call the library to make a reservation.

STEM Kits

Each of our libraries have a variety of STEM Kits to check out. Students can explore areas of interest and reinforce what they are learning in school.
