Beginning August 1, 2017, the Pemberville Public Library will provide a new service to patrons - automatic renewals! This convenient service will automatically renew your eligible materials on the due date without you needing to lift a finger.
Here's how it works:
- If you signed up for email notifications, you will receive a courtesy email reminding you that items are due in three days.
- On the date an eligible item is due, the library will automatically renew the item for you. If you signed up for email notifications, you will receive an email with a list of items that were renewed.
- Not all material can be automatically renewed. Items will not be renewed if there are requests on that item, the item has reached a maximum of 4 renewals, the item is overdue, the item is digital content (ebook), or the item is one of our American Girl doll kits.
- To renew your items yourself, 24 hours a day, access the My Account feature using the online library catalog.
