The 4th Annual Historical Cemetery Walk will take place on Saturday, October 8 at Pemberville Union Cemetery on Fish Road. Take a guided tour of the cemetery and learn about the lives of five historical figures from the Pemberville area: Mildred Beeker, Dale Bruning, Private Marcene Hobart, Elihu Mason, and James Pember. The first tour will start at 5:55 p.m. and the last tour will start at 10:35 p.m.. This event is free, and registration is required. Luckey Branch Library will be closed for the Luckey Fall Festival on Saturday, September 24. Visit the library's Kids Zone in the Commercial Tent at the Fall Festival for a free book and fun activities!
Pemberville Public Library and Stony Ridge Branch Library will be closed on Saturday, September 10, 2022 for the Grand Opening Celebration of the Luckey Branch Library. Please join our library staff at the Grand Opening event!
Everyone is invited to join us for the Grand Opening Celebration of our Luckey Branch Library, on Saturday, September 10, starting at 10:00 a.m.! The new library is located at 335 Park Drive, Luckey, OH 43443. We will have demonstrations throughout the day of the different technology that will be available in the MakerSpace.
The last open day for the downtown Luckey Branch Library location will be Saturday, July 30, 2022. The library will be closed for the month of August to give library staff time to pack, move, empty out the downtown location, and organize the new building. Luckey Branch Library materials may be returned to either Pemberville Public Library or Stony Ridge Branch Library. Any Luckey Branch Library patron who has requested library materials will be able to pick up those materials at Pemberville Public Library during the month of August when the items become available for them.
The Stony Ridge Branch Library will be closed Friday, August 19 and remain closed through Saturday, August 20, 2022 for carpet cleaning and tile floor waxing. All library materials can be returned in our book drops at each location. Visit our library booth in the Commercial Tent at the Pemberville Free Fair!
Next Chapter Book Club is a community-based book club for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All reading skills are encouraged to attend. The primary focus is having fun with friends! Open to ages 16 and up. Anyone interested in joining the club or becoming a volunteer facilitator should contact: Pam Miller at pmiller@seolibraries.org.
