Historical Cemetery Walk @ New Belleville Ridge Cemetery

Join the Pemberville Public Library for the 3rd annual Historical Cemetery Walk! This year we are featuring New Belleville Ridge Cemetery on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Tour the cemetery walking along a lantern-lit path and learn about the lives of five historical figures from the Dowling and Dunbridge area. The first tour starts at 5:55 p.m. and the last tour group will start at 10:35 pm. Registration is required and liability waivers must be signed. Please call or visit the Pemberville Public Library to register your group (maximum 12 people). Masks are highly recommended on the tour.

Ghost Hunting with the Pros

The Pemberville Public Library is excited to have the Toledo Ohio Ghost Hunters Society teach a ghost hunting class. Learn about the tools and techniques the professionals use to hunt for ghosts! The class will meet at the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dowling (22552 Carter Rd, Bowling Green, OH) and visit the New Belleville Ridge Cemetery next to the church. This class is for adults. Luckey Branch Closed for Fall Fest

The Luckey Branch Library will be closed on Saturday, September 25 for the Luckey Fall Festival. Visit our booth in the Commercial Tent for a free book, and support the Luckey Area Library Movement by participating in the Kids Zone near our library booth! They will have games and activities for kids and a gift basket raffle. All proceeds will help benefit the Luckey Branch Library.

Join us for Cookbook Club at Stony Ridge Branch Library on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. We will be discussing and tasting recipes from any food magazine. You can check out a magazine from Pemberville, Luckey, or Stony Ridge libraries, or download digital magazines from the Flipster app with your library card. When you have selected your recipe to bring, please contact the library to record your choice and reserve your space. Open to ages 14 and up.

Cookbook Club @ Pemberville

If you love to cook and want a fun, casual environment to try and share new recipes, the Cookbook Club is just for you! You’ll take home a new cookbook every month and try out recipes. Then bring your favorite dish to share with the group and discuss techniques. This book club rotates meeting locations between our three libraries each month and meets on the first Thursday at 6:30 pm. Open to cooks ages 14 and more experienced! Registration Required. Please call to reserve your recipe choice.
