Board of Trustees Meeting

The Pemberville Public Library Board of Trustees typically meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm. Meetings are open to the public; however, we ask that the public not attend in person at this time, so we can comply with the 10 person gathering limit. Instead, the meeting will be held virtually - the link is below:

Story Trail @ Luckey

Santa Bruce

Take a walk at the Legion Park in Luckey and read Santa Bruce by Ryan T. Higgins. "Bruce is a lot of things. He is a bear. He is a grump. He is a pretty decent cook. And he is a mother. One thing Bruce is not? Santa Claus. But that doesn't stop the whole forest from lining up to give him their Christmas wishes when he becomes the victim of mistaken identity-again."

More to Explore at Your Library!

Your library has more to explore than books! Check out some of our unusual items:

American Girl Dolls

The American Girl Dolls are loaned out for one week, and come with a hair brush, the corresponding American Girl Doll book, and a book about what life would have been like in their time period. The dolls must be returned at the library from which they were borrowed.

Creepy Kooky Spooky Party

Pick up your free party pack at Pemberville Public Library starting Monday, October 19 through Saturday, October 31 - this a “to-go” party!

The party packs include “The Dancing Bat” STEM kit, “The Lollipop Spider” craft kit, “The Spinning Ghost” craft kit, “The Spooky Trivia Map” that is the key to an outside-the-library seasonal trivia treasure hunt, and more!  Other outside activities include a Story Trail in Memorial Park featuring the children’s book “The Spider and the Fly,” and a Monster photo opportunity near the front door of the library.

Virtual Cookbook Club

Join us for a Virtual Cookbook Club meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 6:30 pm. For this meeting, you can make your favorite soup or stew!  Everyone can make their recipe as usual, then just join the meeting via your computer, tablet, or smartphone, and chat with the group from the comfort of your own home!  Since we will not be sharing a meal this meeting, you do not need to record your recipe choice with us, but we would like you to RSVP if you are attending. Below is the link for the meeting.
