Pemberville, Stony Ridge, and Luckey branch libraries will be closing early at 5:00 p.m. for the new year and remain closed through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. All library materials can be returned in our book drops at each location.

Next Chapter Book Club is a community-based book club for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All reading skills are encouraged to attend. The primary focus is having fun with friends! Open to ages 16 and up.

The Board of Trustees of the Pemberville Public Library System will be placing a 5-year, 0.8 mill replacement operating (current expenses) levy on the ballot for November 5, 2024. There is no increase in millage and has remained the same since the original levy in 2014. The Pemberville Public Library System serves all residents of the Eastwood Local School District, and all registered voters in the district will have the opportunity to vote on the replacement levy. The levy will produce $365,000 each year.
Adults can sign up to make a live wreath for their homes at the Luckey Branch Library on Thursday, November 21 at 6:00 pm. This program is at the Luckey Branch Library, but we are asking participants to register by calling our main branch at 419-287-4012.

If you love to cook and want a fun, casual environment to try and share new recipes, the Cookbook Club is just for you! You’ll take home a new cookbook every month and try out recipes. Then bring your favorite dish to share with the group and discuss techniques. This book club rotates meeting locations between our three libraries each month and meets on the first Thursday at 6:30 pm. Open to cooks ages 14 and more experienced!
The Friends of the Stony Ridge Branch Library will be meeting at the Stony Ridge Branch Library at 6:00 p.m. The Friends focus on fundraising to support events, programs, and materials at the Stony Ridge Branch Library. New members are always welcome!

Learn basic sewing techniques and make simple projects each month for beginners. For kids in 3rd-5th grade.
